Ovyoo

The week I recorded this, I was around my girlfriend, and I kept telling her “nakupenda ovyo ovyo.” Being dramatic, I made a song out of it.

I wanted something catchy and simple, a song you can put on repeat without it ever getting tiring. I played it for her while she was in the kitchen cooking. She loved it, and she put it on repeat more times than I expected, so I considered the song a success.

I imagine it as the intro to an anime. It makes me want a getaway ride, feeling the air and just driving.

Say it too much. The people you love won't get tired of hearing it.
